Leadership Team Expanded as Growth Accelerates

Today we are announcing that marketing technology and services veterans, Mike Flanagan and Don Gustavson have joined the company as Regional Vice President of Sales, East and Vice President of Agency Development & Strategic Partnerships, respectively. The expansion of our leadership team comes as marketer adoption of its category redefining Ascend™ Affiliate Marketing Lifecycle Technology Platform continues to accelerate.

Flanagan joins the company from Monotype where he served as the VP of Sales. He has a long and distinguished track record of delivering industry leading solutions to marketers and has previously held key sales leadership positions at Rich Relevance and TrueFit. “With the high cost to acquire a customer on Facebook and Google challenging many marketers' ability to scale profitably, the time is now for the affiliate channel to earn its rightful place in the marketing mix. Gustavson joins the company from Epsilon where he was Vice President and General Manager of Client Services responsible for delivering data driven marketing solutions to a portfolio of leading retailers. At Pepperjam, Gustavson will lead the team responsible for agency partnerships, publisher partnerships, and technology marketing partnerships. “As performance-based marketing models continue to increase their share of spend, Pepperjam is increasing its focus and commitment to our agency partners as they adopt our Ascend™ platform in support of delivering repeatable and demonstrable value to their clients.
