In the second half of 2016, we conducted an extensive user research study to more deeply understand how advertisers and publishers utilized our network. We went beyond a typical survey, interviewing and observing clients’ real-time work habits within the platform: What tasks mattered most to them? What mattered least? How were they uncovering richer insights? Our goal was to gain insight into areas we needed to improve to offer a richer, easier experience that better aligned with people’s daily tasks.
After hundreds of hours analyzing the feedback, here is what we’ve learned:
