Jackie has been designing, planning, leading, analyzing, and presenting empathy-focused user research for more than 7 years. She has observed 1000s of users interacting with 100s of commerce sites on multiple devices. This has provided her with a deep understanding of consumer needs and shopping barriers. In addition, she has conducted research outside of commerce, including branded discovery sessions, product process work, in-store experiences, and more! She is passionate about understanding the user and employing empathy research methods to uncover their needs. These rich engagements enable her to make genuine and actionable recommendations to clients that lead to conversion lifts, improved brand perception and the optimal experience for the user.
