Jackie has been designing, planning, leading, analyzing, and presenting empathy-focused user research for more than 7 years. She has observed 1000s of users interacting with 100s of commerce sites on multiple devices. This has provided her with a deep understanding of consumer needs and shopping barriers. In addition, she has conducted research outside of commerce, including branded discovery sessions, product process work, in-store experiences, and more! She is passionate about understanding the user and employing empathy research methods to uncover their needs. These rich engagements enable her to make genuine and actionable recommendations to clients that lead to conversion lifts, improved brand perception and the optimal experience for the user.
Danielle leads the development of digital marketing strategies and manages the holistic channel performance for enterprise-level clients. She is integral to Pepperjam’s performance marketing practice as the lead marketing strategist for clients like Stuart Weitzman, Alex and Ani, and Calvin Klein. Danielle joined the company in 2011 as a Marketplace Manager, managing the integration and optimization of branded stores on marketplaces including eBay and Amazon.
Amy is the VP of Performance Marketing Channels and most recently was the head of our paid search practice at our agency with over 10 years of paid search management experience across various industries including apparel, retail, pharmaceutical, B2B and IT Technology. She has been with the company for 6 years, working with a variety of clients including Kate Spade, Calvin Klein, Alexi and Ani, Sallie Mae, and Metalogix.
Laureen Ellison leads Pepperjam’s own marketing and communications team. She’s been working at the intersection of commerce and technology for more than 10 years and is a life-long student of human behavior. Recognized by PRNews as the 2016 Financial Communications Professional of the Year, Laureen is passionate about making B2B marketing personal, and mentoring engaged, high-performance teams.
