Michael Jones | CEO

As Chief Executive Officer of Pepperjam since 2015, Michael Jones is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Pepperjam as well as driving product innovation. With over 15 years of experience in both digital and performance marketing, Michael was a founding leader within the original ecommerce company in 1999. It was then that Michael launched one of the first and fastest-growing affiliate networks in the country before being acquired by GSI in 2009. Once again, Michael's laser-focus on the power of performance marketing was rewarded when eBay Inc. acquired the network in 2011.


Greg Shepard | CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Greg Shepard charts the company's trajectory for future product and service offerings. Greg originally founded the global affiliate marketing agency, Affiliate Traction, in 1999, which was acquired by eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions in January, 2016, and named Pepperjam the following April. Greg also founded the brand compliance agency AdAssured, which was officially acquired by Pepperjam in July of 2016. Greg has been a prominent speaker, author, and contributor at international industry events and media publications for more than a decade.
