Pepperjam Network is highly selective in approving new publishers; each publisher must undergo extensive screening prior to acceptance into our network. Once accepted, publishers are monitored to ensure they are in compliance with both the network’s and merchant’s Terms & Conditions.  Advertisers desire quality over quantity and, to that end, we’ve dedicated significant resources to ensure the integrity of all of our campaigns.

  • Publisher Approval: Each publisher accepted to Pepperjam Network must expressly agree to our Publisher Terms & Conditions. Our Terms and Conditions set criteria that all publishers must agree to adhere to.  For example, we expressly prohibit fraud, websites with objectionable content, strict prohibition against Adware and Malware, and require full compliance with each advertiser’s terms and conditions.
  • Dedicated Campaign Managers: Upon acceptance into Pepperjam Network, each publisher is assigned a dedicated manager to reinforce compliance policies, inform publishers of emerging trends in the performance marketing space, and assist publishers in becoming fully compliant.
  • Compliance Monitoring with Brand Protection: Our staff proactively audits campaigns and network accounts for inconsistencies and issues. Pepperjam Leads requires publishers to be in full compliance with your campaign’s terms and conditions, network policy, and FTC regulations. Moreover, we’ve established feedback and compliance mechanisms so advertisers or other interested parties may easily bring potential issues to our attention.
  • Full Transparency: We let you know who is promoting you, and how and where their efforts are taking place . We provide you with the ability to hand pick the publishers you want or do not want to promote your campaign.
  • Advanced Real-Time Tracking and Reporting Systems: Our tools allow advertisers to see which publishers are driving leads to their campaign and evaluate publisher traffic in real time.
