Kristopher B. Jones is considered one of the top internet marketing experts in the world. A true pioneer and leading voice of the industry, Kristopher is a prominent speaker and moderator at leading national and international marketing conferences, including Search-Engine Strategies (SES), Affiliate Summit, Electronic Retailing Association (ERA), and eTail, among others.

As President and CEO of Pepperjam, a full-service internet marketing agency, Kristopher is looked to by thousands of businesses worldwide as one of a small group of pure internet marketing experts. Among numerous other notable achievements, Pepperjam has been recognized for the past two consecutive years by Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States of America.

Kristopher is the author of the best-selling book: “Search-Engine Optimization: Your Visual Blueprint to Effective Internet Marketing,”which was the top selling book of 2008 on search marketing. The book was published by Wiley and is available at all major bookstores throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada.

Kristopher was recognized in 2008 as a finalist for the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year and was a previous Entrepreneur of the Year by Bank of America (2005). Jones has been recognized as one of the “Top 20″ Business Leaders in Northeastern, Pennsylvania under the age of 40.

An avid reader, traveler, entrepreneur and business leader, Kristopher truly defines a spiritually motivated individual dedicated to the community in which he lives. He very much enjoys serving on several academic and non-profit advisory boards and has previously worked as a senior staff member to Congressman Paul E. Kanjorski (PA-11).

Kristopher received a Bachelor of Arts from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science from Villanova University, and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School.

Kris is married to fellow Pepperjammer Robyn Jones (Senior Director of Pepperjam Network). The couple resides in Wilkes-Barre, PA and are expecting their first child in August 2008.

Michael C. Jones, Esq.

General Counsel / Chief Operating Officer

Michael C. Jones is a premier expert, speaker, and commentator on building measurable and sustainable online market share via proven internet search-engine marketing strategies. Aside from his impressive acumen and near photographic memory, Michael offers a superior understanding of e-commerce and internet marketing. Michael is a frequent speaker and lecturer at global conferences, including Affiliate Summit and the RBC Capital Markets Investors Conferences.

Michael is an avid swimmer, biker, and runner having completed several triathlons and is set to run his first marathon in late 2008.

Prior to joining Pepperjam, Michael practiced corporate, health, and employment law for Rosenn, Jenkins, and Greenwald, LLP, the largest and most respected law firm in Northeastern, Pennsylvania.

Michael received a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctorate from Villanova University. In addition, he previously studied at the University of Oregon and spent time studying abroad at Bristol University in England.

Michael currently sits on the Board of Trustees of the Luzerne County Community College.

Michael is married to Tracy Chesman-Jones and has two children, Madeline and Jacob.
