What We Look For

This is a fast-paced, energetic, and interactive company. Pepperjam looks for people who can fit this environment and have the ability to communicate effectively in their day-to-day activities. We require all candidates to have a college degree. Although experience and knowledge is important and required in some divisions, others may offer training. It is required that each employee works a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Internships – Student Opportunities

We realize students need to start somewhere and experience is essential to that growth. Pepperjam offers internships in every division – for pay and credit. This is a great chance to build on to your skills, experience, and potentially earn yourself a full-time position after graduation. Many of our employees are hired full-time after their internship ends and they graduate college.
