Welcome to this weeks edition of Meet The Pepperjam Team.

This week we have Audrey Yedlock. Audrey is a newer face at Pepperjam and has picked up on the business REALLY fast. She is one of the stars of the sales and account management team. Whenever you see Audrey walking around the Pepperjam offices (when she is taking a break from her super-busy schedule of course) you can tell she is full of energy and always has a smile on her face.

Every Friday Pepperjam will post a new video interview of a member of our staff - everyone will be included - affiliates managers, executives, search-engine marketing managers, directors, software engineers, assistants, online media buyers, and interns. The person being interviewed won’t know he / she has been chosen until about 30 seconds before the interview - this way you’ll get an unrehearsed, real world look at the employee…hopefully, this will make it interesting and non-corporate, which is what we are known and respected for across the internet marketing industry.

Why are we doing this? Well, I am proud of our team and I think you’ll find them as interesting and intelligent as I do. Also, I’m a student of viral video and the social media space and I want to test the waters as it relates to what corporate america is doing (and not doing) to spread buzz and build next generation work places.

Finally, I just thought it would be cool to put some people in front of a video camera that have never done so before, have a little bit of fun, and see if Pepperjam can spread some additional buzz about why we are the leader in online marketing.

Dave Ridilla, is this weeks pick. He has been with Pepperjam since August of 2007 and has been an integral part of helping our graphics department grow and morph into what it has become today. A high quality, rounded and full service one stop shop for everything you need. Dave is the resident Guitar Hero expert (which surprisingly I forgot to ask him about). Welcome to this weeks edition of Meet The Pepperjam Team. So, apparently its been A WHOLE YEAR of Meet The Pepperjam Team, WOW, that was fast. The past year of getting to interview all of my co-workers has been an interesting experience as I get a chance to talk to people I might not be able to talk to or otherwise get a chance to work with. It has taught me a few lessons such as the cliche, “never judge a book by its cover”, “give everyone a chance”, “things aren’t always as they seem”. I, for one, am glad that those cliches are true. Now, onto the video!

Matt Moore! Thats a name you are likely to be heard shouted around the Pepperjam office MULTIPLE times a day. Matt is our resident IT Guy and is needed everywhere, as he explains in his video he does most of the tech work around here including but not limited to psychiatrist, doctor, server attendant, IT Guy, etc…. Welcome to MTPT #46. This week we decided that it might be time to interview an intern (actually the intern union was up in arms) and we picked one of the best, Gina Nardone. Hello Everyone,

Welcome to MTPT #44. Forty Four videos already and we aren’t even half way through our employees (I doubt we will ever get half way through at the rate we are growing). Anyway, This week we have Lauren Barge, Lauren has been with us for around 6 months now and is part of our sales and management team. Lauren enjoys sports, and outdoor and extreme sports, watch as Lauren tells us about herself and her life here at Pepperjam.

For those of you who don’t know the “rules” behind the Meet the Pepperjam Video Series, here they are:

Every Friday Pepperjam will post a new video interview of a member of our staff - everyone will be included - affiliates managers, executives, search-engine marketing managers, directors, software engineers, assistants, online media buyers, and interns. The person being interviewed won’t know he / she has been chosen until about 30 seconds before the interview - this way you’ll get an unrehearsed, real world look at the employee…hopefully, this will make it interesting and non-corporate, which is what we are known and respected for across the internet marketing industry.

Why are we doing this? Well, I am proud of our team and I think you’ll find them as interesting and intelligent as I do. Also, I’m a student of viral video and the social media space and I want to test the waters as it relates to what corporate america is doing (and not doing) to spread buzz and build next generation work places.

Finally, I just thought it would be cool to put some people in front of a video camera that have never done so before, have a little bit of fun, and see if Pepperjam can spread some additional buzz about why we are the leader in online marketing.

FYI - all videos will also be posted to YouTube. If you think what we are doing is outside-the-box and interesting please blog about it and share the story with the world.
