It gives us a picture of what 'may' be going on with the way Google views things. But it is not any more clearer than it was before. Additionally, I don't quite see how this would affect anything at all! Doing SEO the right way remains completely the same, and there is nothing that strikes me as revolutionary in this. I mean we already know links are important - for crying out loud, Google itself clarifies this on their blog. Then what's the point of over-analyzing something so simple and straightforward?
