I will be in Vegas again (it’s gotta be the 10th time this year) from September 30th through October 3rd attending and speaking at the Electronic Retailing Association (ERA) - 2007 Annual Conference.

    Also, What exactly defines the “Interactive” part of this conference?

    “Interactive” is one of those fun buzz words that conference coordinators use to get people in the seats.

    My guess is that you could use the word “interactive” in front of just about any internet marketing panel. Think about it - the interaction between search-engines and users makes it interactive. “Interactive Search-Engine Marketing: The Interplay between Robots, Algorithms, and People.”

    “Interactive” definitely makes the panel seem more interesting, but honestly the ERA panel will be awesome because of the people on it, not the title.

    Cool, usually when I hear interactive I think of people up and moving around and actually interacting with the object or person one on one. I was just curious if they were trying to unveil something new here.
