In case you haven’t checked the Business Wire this morning…Doubleclick announced a major technology partnership with Pepperjam.
With the addition of Doubleclick’s unparalleled technology, Pepperjam becomes the most sophisticated and cutting edge full-service internet marketing agency in the world.
This is a significant milestone in the history of Pepperjam’s technology offering and we are honored to be associated with Doubleclick and excited to pass the value of the partnership to our growing client base.

[…] We have not heard much news since the announcement of Googles Acquisition of Doubleclick. Today Doubleclick put out a press release talking about the partnership (from the Doubleclick/Google side). Kris Jones has blogged it on the Pepperjam blog Kris says, among other things - “a significant milestone in the history of Pepperjam’s technology offering and we are honored to be associated with Doubleclick and excited to pass the value of the partnership to our growing client base”. Congrats and good luck!

[…] DoubleClick and Pepperjam should be able work together - and hopefully achieve still more of that “operational excellence” - without upsetting any of the FTC powers-that-be. On Pepperjam’s blog, Kris Jones, the CEO and president of the company, writes, “Truth is we’ve been in negotiations with Doubleclick dating back before Google’s $3.1 Billion acquisition.” […]

Congrats on the partnership(s)… with the new partnerships this will bring more money to really handle the technology that’s required to keep up and to innovate in the future. But, will that newer technology and “gizmos” that allow you to be more innovative come at a price?
Will Pepperjam ultimately charge more for their services thus gain larger clients and not be affordable for the smaller businesses?
June 7th, 2007 at 8:12 pm
@bhartzer: I would think that Doubleclick would allow Pepperjam to be even more affordable and more likely to take on smaller businesses. With the capabilities of Dart Search, Pepperjam would be able to exponentially increase the number of PPC management clients while maintaining a steady number of employees, which would make them more versatile and available to any type of client.

[…] Speaking of technology – did any of you read the Media Post Article Monday about DoubleClick’s DFA Spotlight technology?? Well if not, you can find it here. If you recall, pepperjam and DoubleClick partnered up last year to create one of the biggest powerhouses in online marketing. We have used this technology with some of the largest advertisers out there – Nordstrom and Old Spice – and have had tremendous successes with their rich media campaigns. If you are an advertiser with Rich Media ads – you need not look any further for an agency to negotiate media buys on your behalf. Allow pepperjam to place your media buy and utilize DFA’s cutting edge technology to optimize your rich media campaigns. With DFA’s Spotlight tool we will not only be able to calculate how many times your ad was served and clicked on, but we will also be able to measure conversion rates for various actions taken within rich media ads, including rollovers, ad expansions, multiple click-throughs and video plays. Accountability is key – we want our advertisers to be able to create the most effective ad campaigns out there, and with the help of Spotlight, that’s exactly what pepperjamMEDIA can help you do. […]
